Returns & Exchanges

At Pentecostal Publishing House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items from your recent order that you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or the Return Authorization form inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
